Helpful Instructions & Limitations
How to use:
  • Edit Text: Hover and click any detected blue-dashed text block. Type the replacement text and apply formatting.
  • Add Text: Click the "Add Text" button in the toolbar, click anywhere on the page, and start typing. Drag the block to adjust its position.
  • Format text: Select any text box to show formatting controls for font size, bold, italic, and color.
Current limitations:
  • Scanned Files: Scanned images or photographs of papers (OCR) are currently not supported. Only selectable PDF text can be edited.
  • Font Matching: Replacement text is rendered in standard Helvetica. Exact original document fonts might not be perfectly identical.
  • Paragraph Reflow: Text does not automatically shift surrounding content down if you make a line significantly longer.
