How it works
- ✓ Direct transfers: Files stream directly between browser windows without intermediate cloud server storage.
- ✓ Network Independent: Works across Wi-Fi networks and Mobile Data. Devices do not need to be on the same local Wi-Fi.
- ✓ Total Security: TechHost servers only coordinate the connection link. Your file contents never touch our servers.

How Quick File Share Works
Internet Usage & Performance FAQ
- If both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi or local network, the file is usually transferred over the local network and does not consume your Internet data.
- If the devices are on different networks (for example Home Wi-Fi to Mobile Data, or Home Wi-Fi to Office Wi-Fi), the transfer uses the Internet. The sender uploads the file while the receiver downloads it.
